Jessica (she/her) earned her Master’s in Social Work from the University of Washington and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker.

She is passionate about supporting kids and teens as they navigate big feelings, anxiety, life transitions, and challenges with confidence and resilience. Jessica uses approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma Focused CBT (TF-CBT) Exposure Response Prevention (ERP), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Family Systems to help young people and their families build skills, strengthen relationships, and thrive.

Jessica also brings experience from child advocacy and court settings, where she developed a strong ability to guide kids through difficult moments with steadiness and care. She carries that same warmth into her work at Raising Brave Kids, where she is leading the development of a Canine Companion program. Soon, she’ll be joined by a facility dog in the room to help kids feel even more at ease.

Outside of work, Jessica enjoys practicing yoga, mountain biking, spending time outdoors, and exploring new places with friends and family.
